I used Bikago's service in Krabi. It was nothing short of an AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
1. Very responsive customer care on whatsapp.
2. Very accommodative (my plans changed and they accommodated it. I am sorry Bikago team if I was pain in the arse but y'all were amazing).
3. Bike was in mint condition, well serviced not a problem at all.
4. No hidden charges, No request for holding my original passport etc... what you see is what you get...
5. T&C received on whatsapp in detail, explain by customer care when I had questions.
6. I requested for 2 helmets and I got Clean, good quality helmets.
7. I booked my vehicle a week in advance of my arrival. There was no issues with online booking.
I will surely use bikago ONLY in places they operate going further.

Discovered Bikago on the web and didn't regret contacting them.
The booking was really really easy, no need to leave hefty deposits or your passport. Just pay your fees to confirm the booking and wait for the said delivery.
They always have someone who can help you or solve any issues you might have. They are reachable on WhatsApp and are very prompt in solving whatever issues you might have.
The scooter I got (Yamaha Xmas tech max) was in very good condition, worked really well and I enjoyed it.
The delivery and return were at my hotel and it was very smooth.
Thanks to everyone at Bikago for helping enjoy this experience very much. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!!!
Ps after booking my scooter for a week, I decided to book for mother week and this time, I chose a Honda adv350. I just love it so much!

This was my second time renting a scooter from Bikago (the first time was when I was in Bali). As usual, their service is immaculate and the motorcycle is new and well maintained. The bike was delivered to my hotel early in the morning at 8am without any additional charges. The staff attending to me explained thoroughly the functionalities of the bike including how to lock the bike using the remote control. The bike functioned flawlessly and was also powerful enough to tackle the hilly roads in Phuket. The motorcycle that I rented was Honda PCX which is an automatic gear scooter. Good experience with Bikago and I highly recommend to use this company for your motorcycle rental while in Phuket.

I’ve rented with Bikago for 3 occasions and they are the BEST bike rental company in Phuket, period.
I am extremely lucky to use Bikago at the beginning and everything is smooth as butter. Delivery options are plentiful and fast, personals are friendly and considerate, the whole process is smooth and hassle free. No hidden fees no nothing.
You might be paying a bit more with Bikago, but it’s worth every penny. All their bikes are in near new condition and well maintained. Their service is excellent and communication is fantastic.
If you are reading, this is the one and only definitive place to rent from, don’t try to get cheap by renting on the streets, bikago offers the smoothest, most hassle free and the best bikes.

Zeer tevreden over Bikeago. Een moderne vloot aan motorscooters die allen in goede staat van onderhoud verkeren. Als er iets is kun je 24/7 terecht bij de klantenservice die altijd snel reageerde. Ik had gekozen voor de Yamaha nmax, hier stond pas 500 kilometer op de teller en reed fantastisch. Ze komen hem bezorgen aan de locatie van je hotel.

Alquile una moto por 6 dias, la atencion es muy buena, te lo gestionan todo muy rapido tienes un whatsapp para ampliar dias o cualquier duda al que responden al momento, te dan opcion de dejar la moto en el hotel para que la recojan, todo facilidades asi da gusto, ademas tienen opcion de seguro para estar mas tranquilo.

Service is great. Very responsive in terms of communication. They deliver scooters to & pickup from Airport for free - which is a plus. Also offer all kinds of insurance so you can have complete peace of mind when travelling around. The insurance covers only the damage & not medical expenses though.
The contract has some hidden terms, which were not made clear at the point of online booking & payment or pickup (probably because my delivery person wasn't speaking good English). FYI:
1. Fuel tank must be full at the point of collection or else 5USD + fuel cost will be applied - mine was 1/5 short and they didnt charge extra.
2. Loss of helmet - charged USD25
3. Used first aid kit - charged USD15
Overall pleasant experience.

Perfekter Service, absolute Verlässlichkeit,hält was er verspricht. Der Roller war in einem top Zustand, Der ganze Ablauf war unkompliziert schnell und super freundlich.Ich werde jederzeit bei Bikago wieder buchen.Nur zu empfehlen, besser geht es nicht mehr.

Der Roller war einwandfrei und funktionstüchtig.
Die Helme waren sehr alt und passten null. Sie waren zu groß und eher eine Gefahr. Ansonsten war die Übergabe pünktlich am Hotel. Die Rücknahme ging per Fotos und WhatsApp. War aber auch alles in Ordnung. Dieser Vermieter will keine Kaution und auch nicht den Pass behalten.

Definitely the best motorbike rental company. Great and quick service. We rented a scooter for 5 days and after 1 day the battery was drained. We contacted them through WhatsApp and they quickly sent someone to change the battery. After a day we had issues with the bike again and we asked to get a new scooter which they quickly provided and brought us a new one to our location. For the inconvenience they gave us a refund for a whole days rental fee. Another great thing that they offer is that they deliver the bike to you and pick it up when you are done with no hassle. I have rented many scooters in Thailand and so far all of them have required a deposit (cash or passport) but Bikago offers insurance for a small fee and then you dont need to leave any deposit which was very good solution for us. Best rental company and very service minded and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Last minute decision to rent bikes for our arrival in Ao Nang that same day. After a quick Google search I came across Bikago and within minutes had filled in the form and received confirmation they had the bikes available at an incredible price which included delivery and collection. Completed the form, paid the cost and 3 hours later we arrived at the hotel with the bikes waiting for us. The delivery riders then explained the bikes to us (we didn't need it, but it was all part of the service) and told us their bikes were delivered with a full tank and should be returned the same (I much prefer this as it saves having to fill up before doing anything else).
Communications were excellent throughout, the bikes were all current model low-mileage and the helmets clean and sanitised.
I would recommend Bikago without hesitation and will use them where available.

RIEN À DIRE. Aucune prise de tête, ils amènent et reprennent le scooter à l’endroit souhaité. Un peu plus cher que les autres loueurs à Phuket, mais c’est un scooter tout neuf avec zéro prise de tête comme je l’ai dit. Pour le retour, j’ai juste laissé le scooter devant l’hôtel et ils sont venus le chercher. Je recommande à 100 %.

Добрый день, брал в аренду скутер Honda ADV 350 на 1 день что бы съездить в провинцию Phang Nga, не любая компания разрешает выезжать за пределы Пхукета. В этом плюс данной фирмы. Хорошие вежливые сотрудники, могут проконсультировать и по телефону и по WhatsApp. Скутер в хорошем техническом состоянии.
Для меня было ещё приятным моментом что ребята разрешили вернуть скутер на 1.5 часа позже заявленного времени (бесплатно). Рекомендую данную компанию

The most serious and professional company — not just in Thailand, but in the world!
I rented a motorbike for three days, but returned it after just one day because I continued my trip by car. I hadn’t even moved or started the bike — it remained exactly where it was delivered. However, during the night, a storm or possibly a third party caused the bike to fall and sustain some damage.
Thanks to their professional GPS check, they confirmed that the motorbike had not been moved or started at all, and they decided not to charge me the $90 damage fee.
All I can say is thank you — they truly live up to the reputation they have!

Amazing experience.
Definitely recommend a scooter or bike when travelling Phuket, makes it convenient to get around the island and cuts out a lot of traffic.
Bikago made it simple and felt very safe and reliable with very friendly and thoughtful staff.
Picked up from airport and handover was easy.
I had a few issues with battery breakdown and they responded straight away and even on a busy week they were able to come out to my location in the pouring rain as soon as possible and were accomodating to solve the problem.
Communication was great through Whatsapp and they were happy to help.

I made a last minute decision to hire a scooter for my time on Phuket. I started the booking process online, at around 7.30pm the night before needing the bike the following morning at 8am. Even though the site said it was possible, and bikes were available, I wanted to make sure as it was such short notice. I contacted the company through WhatsApp, they replied within 10 minutes to confirm everything was fine, sending me a link to the payment area, which was handy as my Web page had closed and I'd lost my booking.
When I arrived at Phuket Airport a representative was waiting for me. They had sent me a picture of where he was waiting.
The bike was as described, all in good condition, including the tyres, which are often not great, but these were.
All in all, the entire experience was flawless, great customer service, great bike and reasonable price.
I'd definitely hire from them again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Bikago Krabi.
Die Buchung war sehr einfach und verständlich und die Preise sehr gut.
Der Motorroller wurde zum Hotel gebracht und war in einem hervorragenden Zustand.
Die Helme waren sehr gepflegt. Wir haben, für einen kleinen Aufschlag, eine Versicherung dazu gebucht.
Am letzten Tag wurde der Roller wieder am Hotel abgeholt.
Wir waren rundum Zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Mal wieder bei Bikago einen Roller mieten.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Found them on google and messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded very quickly and managed to pay and hire a vehicle through their easy to use website. I’ve got to say it’s extremely cheap compared to the 5 or 6 companies I looked around with Phuket. They delivered the bike as mentioned to my villa where I was staying they also sent me regular WhatsApp updates with ETA and a live tracker link. The staff who came to deliver and pick up vehicle were lovely and everyone on the WhatsApp team was really good. Will definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to rent a bike.

Der Rollerverleih ging sehr leicht von statten, denn die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und konnte fließend englisch sprechen. Wir hatten sehr moderne Roller und mit der Möglichkeit eine Versicherung abzuschließen, hat man sich auch sicher gefühlt.
Zudem hatten wir am Ende der Mietlaufzeit einen Abholservice, sodass wir problemlos unseren Urlaub genießen konnten, ohne uns um die Rückgabe zu kümmern.
Alles in allem sehr zufrieden und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal.

We had such an amazing experience with Bikago during our trip to Phuket, Thailand! Honestly, their reliability went far beyond our expectations.
At first, I was a little nervous about booking and paying online to rent a bike—especially with all the stories about rental scams in Thailand. But Bikago truly changed my perception. Their service was not only professional but also very trustworthy.
They delivered the bike right on time to my hotel, even in the middle of heavy rain—which I really appreciated. I rented the bike for four days, and on the second day, a red engine light came on. I let them know via WhatsApp around 9 pm, and by 9 am the next morning, they had already replaced the bike with a new one. The way they handled it so quickly and smoothly was just impressive.
Their WhatsApp support was super helpful and responsive throughout. If you’re visiting Thailand and want a hassle-free bike rental experience, I can’t recommend Bikago enough!

Had an amazing experience with Bikago. I just randomly found them in google and was extremely happy with their service. Rented bike for 6 days, 3 days at Thalang and 3 days at Patong. Their service is top notch! They always available over whatsapp to answer any queries , effective and efficient communication. They delivered & picked up the bike so it was little hassle free. Their price also reasonable, no deposit required if you purchase the motorbike insurance. Travelling to Thailand here after I dont have to think much about local transportation as I can just rent bike from Bikago!
